WHAT YOU’LL DO

Serve as the first point of contact for applicants

Pre-screen applications and manage written and verbal communication with candidates

Maintain and update our global recruiting database

Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of interview days and recruiting events at universities

Assist with internal marketing projects and employer branding initiatives

Take ownership of independent projects, including research, analyses, and individual work packages

ABOUT YOU

You enjoy working precisely in a dynamic and international environment

Highly organized with excellent communication skills

A self-starter with creativity and a friendly, positive attitude

Proficient in MS Office with a good understanding of databases

Fluent in both German and English

Available to work at least 16 to 20 hours per week
