Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join a leading international financial services organisation. This role is ideal for a qualified accountant with a strong background in insurance finance operations.

You'll lead multiple Finance Operations teams, overseeing Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control, while driving operational excellence, process improvement and technology-led change. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in delivering a modern Finance operating model through automation, data and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop and mentor Finance Operations managers and their teams.

Oversee Treasury, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Credit Control functions.

Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency across Finance.

Support finance transformation programmes and implementation of new systems and technologies.

Develop KPI reporting and performance dashboards.

Strengthen financial controls, governance and audit readiness.

Build strong relationships across Finance and wider business functions.

About You

Qualified Accountant

Proven Finance Operations leadership experience within the insurance sector.

Strong background in finance transformation and continuous improvement.

Experience leading teams through organisational change.

Exposure to automation, workflow or AI-enabled finance solutions is advantageous.
