As Procurement Manager Operations your role is key to securing the delivery of operational goods and services at the best value for the company, ensuring robustness of supply chain, high quality and furthering our sustainability objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain an annual savings pipeline and responsible for delivering savings targets and sourcing initiatives which drive value for money, sustainability and efficiency. Manage and grow commercial opportunities for supplier marketing support and added value such as training, rebates and listing fees.
Controlling business spending through improved use of procurement tools and robust processes.
End-to-end tender management, Sourcing of potential new suppliers, supplier selection processes, supplier onboarding and negotiating pricing
Enhance the profile of procurement activities, through regular updates on achievements, supplier achievements, sustainability and market information.

About you:

A minimum of 3 years procurement experience ideally within the hospitality, leisure or FMCG sector
A genuine interest in Food and Beverage
Excellent Communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues throughout the group
The ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a very fast-paced environment.
A competent user of Microsoft office applications including Excel and word.
Strong Negotiation Skills
