Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

We are hiring candidates for a Business Consulting role focused on finance process design and SAP-enabled transformation. This is not a core finance, audit, tax, or outsourced accounting role. The position involves working on process improvement, technology-enabled finance solutions, and stakeholder collaboration.

The Enterprise Operations Portfolio is a suite of offerings designed to help clients maximize value from their Finance, Supply Chain, and IT operations. By taking a holistic approach - from strategy development to process design and technology enablement - we support clients in overcoming operational challenges and managing key business functions. As organizations pursue digital transformation, these areas become vital in shaping interactions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. By integrating strategy, operational improvement, implementation, and managed services, we creatively deploy resources and drive innovation, ensuring clients achieve impactful, sustainable results at the speed demanded by today’s dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

Support finance business process design and transformation initiatives

Work with SAP-enabled process areas and related technology workflows

Assist in documenting current-state and future-state processes

Collaborate with consulting teams and client stakeholders

Contribute to process analysis, issue identification, and solution support

Participate in SAP process and technology training as needed

Candidate Profile

Degree in a relevant discipline such as BCom, BCA, MCom, or equivalent

Strong interest in finance process consulting and technology-led work

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a consulting environment

Prior exposure to finance processes, ERP systems, or process consulting is helpful

Important Positioning to Communicate

This is a Business Consulting role and not Core Finance

We do not focus on audit, tax, core finance operations, outsourced finance processing, or books reconciliation

The work is centered on finance business process design

SAP process and tech training will be provided

Candidates should be comfortable with a consulting and transformation-oriented career path
