Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities.
Facilitate change management and ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives.
Assist in solution design discussions and impact analysis.
Must Have Skills
Experience in Requirements Elicitation AND Use Cases AND Process Documentation AND Requirements Traceability AND UAT Support.
Requirements documentation: BRD OR FRD OR User Stories OR Use Cases OR Functional Specifications.
Process modeling: BPMN OR UML OR Process Flow Diagrams OR Swimlane Diagrams.
Project methodologies: Agile OR Scrum OR Waterfall OR Hybrid.
Documentation and collaboration tools: Jira OR Azure DevOps OR Confluence OR Microsoft Visio OR Lucidchart.
Stakeholder Management AND Gap Analysis AND Impact Analysis.
Business Process Analysis AND Process Improvement AND Requirement Validation.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Good to Have Skills
Certifications: CBAP OR CCBA OR PMI-PBA OR ECBA.
Knowledge of SQL OR Excel OR Power BI OR Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with API integrations and system integration projects.
Familiarity with SDLC OR DevOps OR CI/CD concepts.
Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, or cloud-based solutions.
Exposure to change management and business process reengineering initiatives.
Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, Government, or Enterprise IT projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise projects.
Proven ability to manage complex requirements across multiple stakeholders and projects.
Excellent documentation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
