Description and Requirements
AI Algorithm Engineer
Position Overview:
The AI Algorithm Engineer will focus on researching, developing, and optimizing algorithms for innovative AI solutions to meet the business needs. This role demands a thorough understanding of AI technologies and architecture, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning techniques and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize AI algorithms for various applications that align with business requirements.
Conduct research and experiment to advance the state-of-the-art in hybrid AI.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to improve algorithm performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithms into production systems.
Stay current with the latest research and trends in AI and machine learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Evaluate and recommend AI technologies and tools.
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in developing AI algorithms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, c, Java.
Ph.D. or master’s degree preferred
Interest in AI, and financial mathematics
Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and tools (LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Strong understanding of large-scale solution development and deployment
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical methods.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
