About the role

A Snapshot of Your Day

As the Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing service demand forecasting by designing and deploying advanced statistical and machine learning models. You will analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and develop interactive dashboards that communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. Collaborating with IT and data engineering teams, you will operationalize predictive models and drive digitalization initiatives to streamline data processing and reporting workflows. Additionally, you will manage data science projects, providing mentorship to junior team members while ensuring the successful integration of innovative forecasting methods into business practices

How You’ll Make an Impact

Partner with global Blades and Vanes procurement stakeholders to understand reporting needs, clarify business questions, and translate requirements into practical data outputs.

Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and analyses that support procurement performance, supplier management, strategic planning, and operational decision-making.

Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, exceptions, and improvement opportunities, summarizing findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Validate data outputs for accuracy and consistency, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with data owners and technical teams to resolve data quality issues.

Support data preparation, documentation, and process standardization efforts to improve transparency and consistency across global procurement reporting.

Provide guidance and informal training to the procurement team to help them understand available reports, interpret results accurately, and adopt data-driven approaches in their work.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in data analytics or related fields with a strong data focus, such as Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Business with a data emphasis, or Engineering.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, dashboard support, or analytics-related work within a business environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with structured data, identify patterns, validate results, and communicate conclusions clearly.

Proficiency in common analytics and reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Python, R, SAP, or similar applications.

Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical colleagues, in an international and multicultural environment; experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or gas turbine components is a plus.
