What You Will Do

Providing critical financial oversight and guidance for the contracts they maintain.

Partnership with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution.

Support of all programs financial aspects including financial planning (LRP, AOP, working Capital, Monthly Financial Performance Reporting, variance Analysis, Data Review and Reporting and NBI).

Program controls such as developing estimates at complete (EACs) and execution of EVM.

Support the development the manpower, material and other direct costs associated for Bids & Proposals using estimating and pricing tools ensuring TINA compliance where applicable.

Provide estimating support for the development of Basis of Estimates to include validating and analysing actuals, ensuring consistency within task descriptions, and confirming estimating approach is sound.

Supporting gate reviews and audits as required.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Part/Qualified accountant (CIMA preferred)

Resilience and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced growing organisation

Commercially astute

Proactive, analytical and inquisitive

Attention to detail and process adherence

Highly organised and self-motivated

Qualifications We Prefer

Strong customer focus, attention to detail and quality work.

Relevant commercial/business experience in a similar defence or complex contracting environment.

Ability to drive change and influence beyond authority level.

Experience in organising, preparing, and presenting briefings to management and peers.

Experience interpreting, analysing and questioning financial data.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) when interfacing with all levels of the company.

Experience of working with SAP, Power BI, MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
