About the role

In this opportunity as a Data Scientist, you will:

Build digital solutions for various HR processes and workflows, People Analytics products, and related tools, using React front-end and FastAPI backend architectures

Design and maintain backend data systems, including strong hands-on work with Snowflake, and build LLM-based workflows and Agentic AI solutions to support HR and People Analytics use cases

Take the initiative to tackle new business problems and have the curiosity to explore large volumes of data

Seamlessly work with various business stakeholders, understand their individual needs and design custom solutions

Will interrogate data, conduct independent research, utilize various techniques to analyze it and, if need be, tackle ambiguous problems with maturity

About you

You're a fit for the role of Data Scientist if your background includes:

Must have at least 2-4 years of experience working in the data science domain

Knowledge of advanced statistical modelling, testing, data mining, and data science techniques

H as used modelling frameworks including Scikit-learn, PyTorch , and TensorFlow

Highly proficient in Python and SQL (or any other querying language)

Has advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Experience developing applications using React and FastAPI is a plus

Experience developing AI-powered workflows or tools (e.g., LLM-based agents, automation pipelines) is a plus

S trong logical and scientific approach to problem-solving

Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate complex results in a simple and concise manner at all levels within the organization

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment

Has experience building machine learning algorithms and implementing models in production

Conceptual understanding of Hadoop and cloud computing like AWS

Demonstrated participation on platforms like Kaggle is a plus

Experience using Amazon Web services is a plus

Experience with one or more of the following types of business analytics applications:

Sentiment Analysis and Topic Modelling

Predictive Modelling

Customer Segmentation / Profiling

Designing & Implementing AI/LLM workflows, including prompt engineering

Recommendation engines
