About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python frameworks, REST APIs, database management, and cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-performance applications and deliver innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.

Develop RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Build and integrate backend services with frontend applications.

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and product teams.

Participate in code reviews and ensure software quality.

Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.

Maintain technical documentation and support deployments.

Required Skills

4–5 years of experience in Python development.

Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.

Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

Strong understanding of RESTful API development.

Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Experience with Git and version control systems.

Familiarity with Docker and containerization.

Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Knowledge of Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Familiarity with Kubernetes.

Understanding of microservices architecture.

Experience with unit testing frameworks like PyTest or Unittest.
