Junior / Senior QC Engineer – Dish Ends Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process and final inspection of Dish Ends manufactured through Hot Forming, Cold Forming, and Spinning processes.

Ensure compliance with ASME, IBR, ISO 9001, customer specifications, and approved quality standards.

Conduct dimensional inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, PI Tape, Radius Gauges, etc.

Review Material Test Certificates (MTC), WPS/PQR, NDT reports, and quality documentation.

Prepare inspection reports, Quality Records, NCRs, CAPA, and maintain traceability documents.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure quality compliance.

Support customer inspections, third-party inspections, and quality audits.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in Quality Control within Dish Ends, Pressure Vessels, Heavy Fabrication, or Process Equipment manufacturing.

Sound knowledge of ASME, IBR, ISO 9001, Engineering Drawings, GD&T, and inspection techniques.

Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
