As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our employees at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.
Job Description
Assist with planning and managing small to medium size IT projects of low to moderate complexity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, commercial teams to gather project requirements and establish project objectives.
Track project progress, identify issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Support resource allocation and risk management activities.
Participate in regular project meetings as needed.
Update and manage project documents, including project timelines, commercial proposal, status report, handover report, etc.
Requirements
Majoring in Network & System Engineering or Software Development. Possessing basic knowledge of networking systems and has experience with Python.
