About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Cashier to join our retail crew on a part-time basis - perfect for someone who enjoys a lively environment, likes helping people, and wants a consistent 2–3-day schedule.
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
Days: Weekdays and Saturdays (no Sundays!)
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers with a smile and deliver top-notch service.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
Assist with returns or questions - helping customers find what they need.
Work closely with the store team to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
High School diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of customer service experience (retail a plus).
Point-of-sale (POS) or cash handling experience.
Friendly, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
Boating or marine product knowledge is a plus - but we’ll teach you what you need to know!
