What You’ll DoAs a Team Member at Tommy’s Express, you’ll rotate through key roles to keep the wash running smoothly and our guests smiling. You’ll be trained to:

Welcome guests with a warm, friendly attitude and go the extra mile to exceed expectations

Promote wash packages and unlimited club memberships with confidence and clarity

Operate our point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently

Guide vehicles onto the conveyor belt safely and ensure they’re ready for the wash

Perform visual inspections before and during the wash for safety and quality

Maintain cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the car wash and grounds

Perform light maintenance checks and report any issues to the team

Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly

Learn and uphold our WE OWN IT culture by taking pride in your work and treating every guest with respect
