South Central Territory Sales Representative
Position Title: Territory Sales Representative ~ Senior Territory Sales Representative Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year (base salary). Actual starting salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and overall fit for the role. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for commission, performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Its U.S. subsidiary, STARMED America, is building out a national commercial organization to accelerate North American growth. The company is actively preparing for a planned public listing (IPO), offering the successful candidate a rare opportunity to help shape and scale the U.S. commercial business at an inflection point.
Location (Required)
Must reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area or within approximately 30 minutes of DFW International Airport or Dallas Love Field Airport.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout a multi-state territory with frequent overnight travel.
Education (Required)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Medical Device Sales Experience (Required)
Minimum 2+ years of outside medical device sales experience.
Experience selling into hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician offices.
Demonstrated success managing a sales territory and achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Experience selling both capital equipment and disposable/consumable medical devices.
Demonstrated success developing new accounts through prospecting, cold calling, physician education, and converting competitive accounts.
Proven ability to open and grow new hospital and physician accounts.
Clinical Experience (Required)
Experience supporting physician procedures in the operating room, procedure room, or office setting.
Comfortable providing clinical case support, product evaluations, and physician/staff training.
Clinical Background (Preferred)
Interventional Radiology (preferred)
Head & Neck Surgery / Otolaryngology (ENT)
Endocrine Surgery
Interventional Oncology
Vascular Surgery
Other image-guided procedural specialties
Product Experience (Preferred)
Ablation technologies (Radiofrequency, Microwave, Cryo, etc.)
Image-guided interventional devices
Minimally invasive procedural devices
Hospital & Market Experience (Preferred)
Experience introducing and launching new medical technologies.
Experience working with hospital Value Analysis Committees (VAC).
Understanding of hospital purchasing and contracting processes.
Sales Competencies (Required)
Strong physician relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to build strong physician relationships and develop clinical champions.
Ability to present clinical evidence and influence physician adoption.
Strong prospecting, territory planning, and account development skills.
Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Travel & Physical Requirements (Preferred)
Ability to travel extensively throughout a multi-state territory, including frequent overnight travel.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to obtain and maintain hospital credentialing.
Ability to safely lift, transport, and set up equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
