About the Role: As a Wound Care Representative, you will serve as both a clinical resource and a trusted partner to facilities in your territory. You will educate staff on best practices in wound care, ensure patients receive the right products at the right time, and support facility teams with proper product selection and process follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with nurses, physicians, administrators, office staff, and other key decision-makers in long-term care and hospice settings.
Conduct in-services and educational sessions to support product selection and promote best practices in wound care.
Serve as the clinical expert on Curitec's product portfolio, ensuring facilities understand how to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Market Curitec's services to new and existing facility partners within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, new facility partnerships, and increased utilization of Curitec services.
Develop and maintain a strong presence in assigned facilities through consistent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building.
Manage your territory with a balance of clinical service, account development, business growth, and sales accountability.
Partner with facility teams to support timely documentation, order accuracy, and appropriate use of wound care supplies.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce and other systems for accounts, patients, sales activity, and billing cycles.
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For:
Licensed PTA, RN, LPN, or LVN with 3+ years of recent hands-on wound care and protocol decision-making experience.
Strong wound care knowledge – able to identify pressure injury stages, wound etiologies, and wound dressing categories.
Understands the basic functions of wound dressings to support proper product selection and clinical education.
Ability to teach and guide facility staff on the use of advanced wound dressings based on wound presentation and healing goals.
Comfortable building relationships, initiating conversations, and representing Curitec in a professional sales and service capacity.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently with accountability for both service and growth.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clinical teams, administrators, and decision-makers.
Experience in sales, marketing, account management, business development, or territory growth is strongly preferred.

Compensation
