In this role, you will:

Lead change strategy, stakeholder analysis, and change impact assessments

Develop and execute communications, engagement, and learning plans

Create change and enablement materials, including job aids and quick reference guides

Monitor business readiness, adoption, risks, and overall change progress

Partner with program leaders and market teams to support deployment and cutover activities

Provide regular status updates, insights, and risk mitigation recommendations

Who You Are:

10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience

Strong SAP transformation experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred)

Proven success leading change for large, complex enterprise programs

Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and facilitation skills

Experience supporting global or multi-market deployments preferred
