What You'll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills

Collect session data and complete documentation

Partner with families and your clinical team to help each child succeed

Create a fun, engaging, and positive learning environment

What We're Looking For

Active RBT certification (BACB)

Experience working with children preferred

Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
