What you’ll do:

● Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings

● Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session

● Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA

● Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need:

● Required: High School Diploma

● Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children

● Current RBT certification

● Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions

● Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
