What Your Days Will Look Like
You will work directly with children in a center-based setting, building skills through play, structure, and connection. Your work will be hands-on, meaningful, and supported every step of the way.
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Use positive reinforcement, prompting, and play-based strategies to support learning
Adjust sessions based on each child’s energy, needs, and environment
Support communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
Collect accurate data on behaviors and skill acquisition using Passage Health
Help children navigate routines, transitions, and daily activities
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming therapy space
You Will Never Work Alone

Collaborate daily with BCBAs, Center Managers, and Lead RBTs
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training

What We Are Looking For
This role is for RBTs who are ready to work and confident in their skills.
Active RBT certification required
Experience working with children with autism preferred
Strong follow-through and attention to detail
Warm, patient, and emotionally attuned with children
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Comfortable collecting data and following clinical protocols
CPR certification and mandated reporter training are required, and we provide both at no cost if needed.
