About Us
Illuminations Therapy provides naturalistic, play-based ABA therapy. Our mission is to use a neurodiversity-affirming lens to promote meaningful connections, encourage self-advocacy, and foster self-expression in our clients. Our unique approach integrates behavioral and developmental sciences, combining the science of learning with a deep understanding of child development. We are a small, values-driven company committed to meaningful client progress and high employee satisfaction.
Why This Role is Unique
Therapy sessions are conducted one-on-one within a structured, classroom-like setting, where autistic children learn, grow, and connect alongside their peers. This environment supports real-time social learning, organic peer interaction, and play-based group experiences, bringing therapy to life in a way that's both meaningful and difficult to replicate elsewhere.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team that believes in respecting every child’s individuality, using their interests to guide sessions, and encouraging authentic communication and autonomy. If you’re looking for more than just a clinical setting - if you’re excited about a role where you can see children thrive together - this is the job for you.
