Position Overview
Go Grow ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for a 4-year-old child . This is a fully in-person role in the client’s home located in Newark NJ 07107. The RBT will work under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
Provide1:1 in-home ABA therapy
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA
Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation
Participate in weekly BCBA supervision
Attend company trainings and team meetings
Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical staff
Follow all clinical, ethical, and company guidelines
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
Experience working with children preferred
Reliable transportation to the client’s home.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Consistent attendance and professionalism
Ability to follow treatment plans and accept clinical feedback
Must be fluent in Spanish and English to provide services to a Spanish-speaking client.
Duties
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect, record, and analyze data related to client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to ensure effective treatment adjustments.
Support clients during teaching sessions by utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies and support systems.
Participate in ongoing training on medical terminology, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods to stay current with best practices.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
