What We Offer:

More Hours, More Pay: 35-40 hours per week as full-time RBT. 25-27 hours per week as a part-time RBT. [with options for coverage for additional hours]

Professional Growth That Actually Matters: We provide RBT certification support and supervised BCBA fieldwork rooted in real clinical work - assessment, treatment plans, program modification, and decision-making. No laminating picture cards for indirect hours. Real BCBA experience.

What You’ll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision.

Implement personalized skill-building programs.

Track and document child progress using online data tools.

Write session notes to document progress and session details.

Requirements to Apply:

Completed 40-hour RBT Training Certificate [Must be 2026 3rd edition course]

Associates degree and on track to completing a Bachelor's

Ability to pass a Level 2 background check

Fluent in spoken and written English; able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active RBT Certification

Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral neuroscience, or related field

Professional experience working with children
