About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Northfield, MN, USA. In this part-time position, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Implementing behavioral intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and decrease problem behaviors

Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior

Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans

Providing support and guidance to clients and their families

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

Be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be able to work independently and as part of a team

Demonstrate a strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques
