Float/Part time Behavioral Therapist (Level I or Level II)

About the Role

Neurolink Academy is seeking a dependable and adaptable Float Behavior Therapist (Level I or Level II) to join our EIDBI ABA clinic team. This position is designed to provide flexible coverage across our center - stepping in for staff absences, schedule changes, and last-minute fill-in needs - while delivering high-quality, direct behavioral and mental health services to our clients in a center-based setting.

What You'll Do

Provide direct behavioral and mental health services to clients in a center-based setting

Follow individualized treatment plans and protocols designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Lead Therapists

Take clear, detailed, and accurate session notes after every client interaction

Create and implement engaging, goal-oriented activities that support each client's treatment plan

Flexibly cover shifts across different client caseloads as scheduling needs arise

Maintain consistency and quality of care even when stepping into unfamiliar client programs

Schedule

Up to 15 hours per week

Flexible/on-call availability preferred to accommodate coverage needs

Opportunity to transition to full-time hours as we approach the school year

Qualifications

Level I or Level II Behavior Therapist certification (or eligibility to obtain, per EIDBI requirements)

High school diploma required; some college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field preferred

Prior experience in ABA, EIDBI, or a related behavioral health setting preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to document sessions clearly and accurately

Comfortable adapting quickly to different clients, environments, and treatment plans

Reliable, punctual, and able to travel to our center-based location(s) as needed

Must pass a background check
