Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions for children and individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Duties

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and educational staff on behavioral therapy techniques.

Perform patient assessments, including medical documentation and behavioral psychological evaluations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans that support developmental and behavioral health goals.

Maintain accurate medical records, treatment logs, and documentation for all patient interactions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Skills

Extensive experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorders.

Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and behavioral psychological assessments.

Proficiency in data collection methods and functional assessment techniques to inform treatment decisions.

Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, intake procedures, and HIPAA compliance.

Home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable for delivering effective interventions in natural environments.

Excellent patient care skills combined with the ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating strong communication skills.
