At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of behavior analysts and therapists, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavioral plans and protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy services to children aged 0-21

Maintain accurate and complete records of client sessions and progress

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) preferred

Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred

Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as provide physical support to clients as needed

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes and community locations
