At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Scotland Neck, NC, USA.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering ABA therapy to our clients in a home-based setting. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing behavioral plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Collecting data on client behavior and progress

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Collaborating with BCBAs and other team members to ensure high-quality services

Providing support to clients and families to promote independence and skill development

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and data collection

Implement behavioral plans and strategies with clients

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and other team members

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)

Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program

Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work in a home-based setting, providing one-on-one support to clients. This is a Part-Time position, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
