About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement personalized behavior treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing ABA treatment protocols and strategies in the home and community settings
Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
Assisting with adapting treatment plans based on client feedback and progress
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress
Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other therapy team members to ensure high-quality treatment
Providing a nurturing and supportive environment for clients and their families
Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 pounds)
