About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and board-certified behavior analysts to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents in their homes, using evidence-based techniques and strategies to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Collecting and recording data on client progress, and providing verbal and written reports to parents and treatment teams.
Collaborating with our team to develop and implement treatment plans, and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client data, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation
