What you’ll be doing:

Work 1:1 with children with autism in home and community settings

Implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA

Take session notes and track progress using our data system

Communicate with your BCBA and team regularly

Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families

What we’re looking for:

RBT certification, or willingness to complete certification (we’ll guide you)

Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus
