Apple Tree ABA Services is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $120-$130 Hourly
Full-Time: Full time and Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Rockville Centre, New York
Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
