Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing multi-specialty practice. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule while providing high-quality outpatient psychiatric care in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Depression
Anxiety disorders
Bipolar disorder
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Panic disorder
Insomnia and sleep-related disorders
Mood disorders
Substance use disorders
Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments.
Diagnose and treat patients with a variety of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
Prescribe, monitor, and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Provide medication management and outpatient follow-up care.
Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care meetings.
Required Qualifications
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
Active, unrestricted APRN license in OK.
Prescriptive authority and DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an outpatient behavioral health or psychiatric setting.
Strong diagnostic and medication management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
