Farm Manager – Northern Ibiza

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Contract: July – December 2026, with strong potential to become permanent

Location: Ibiza, Spain (onsite accommodation provided)

Hours: 40 per week

About the Role

We are hiring a Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our small working farm in northern Ibiza. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone equally comfortable leading a team and getting stuck into practical farm life.

The position starts in July 2026, running through to December, with a possibility of becoming permanent for the right person. Accommodation on the farm is included - making this an ideal opportunity for someone ready to fully immerse themselves in island and farm life.

What Is On Your Plate

∙ Team leadership - managing, scheduling, and motivating farm staff; setting the tone and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly

∙ Animal welfare - overseeing the care of our chickens and donkeys

∙ Crop management - managing seasonal produce including raspberries, courgettes, and a range of fruit and vegetables

∙ Restaurant relationships - reaching out to local restaurants, chefs, shops and buyers, selling produce, and building those relationships over time

∙ Farm maintenance - overseeing upkeep of the farm, equipment, and grounds

∙ Logistics and errands - handling the practical day-to-day tasks that keep things moving

∙ Owner communication - providing regular updates on farm operations and progress

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

∙ Minimum 3 years’ experience on a working farm

∙ Hands-on experience with livestock (chickens, donkeys) and seasonal crop growing

∙ Proven people-management and leadership skills

∙ Practical, self-sufficient, and solutions-focused approach

∙ Comfortable building relationships and selling produce to restaurants and local buyers

∙ Full driving licence

∙ Eligibility to live and work in Spain / the EU

Useful:

∙ Spanish and/or English language skills (Spanish a plus for supplier and restaurant relationships)
