Your Job:

Manage the storage and requisitioning of all food and beverage items, ensuring adherence to par stock levels.

Accept all deliveries, check for damage, and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.

Store all deliveries properly, including perishable food items, implementing a first-in, first-out rotation system.

Handle the storage and requisitioning of all cleaning chemicals, stationery items, and disposables, maintaining appropriate par stock levels.

Take full ownership of the purchasing process, from processing orders to verifying deliveries upon arrival.

Source, select, and negotiate optimal purchasing packages based on quality, price, terms, delivery schedules, and services with suppliers.
