What You'll Do

Support the daily operations of the store and drive sales performance.

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining GUESS brand standards.

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of store associates.

Ensure excellent visual merchandising, stock management, and operational compliance.

Foster a positive, energetic, and team-oriented store environment.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.

Available to work for 38hrs per week

Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.

Results-driven mindset with a passion for customer service and sales.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Flexible, proactive, and highly organized.

Dutch language skills are a plus
