Junior Project Manager

Junior Project Manager Workforce Housing International (WHI) is growing fast across Europe! We are currently looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive Junior Project Manager to join our Amsterdam team. In this position, you will work closely with our Senior Account Manager to deliver top-tier, high‑quality accommodation solutions for our international corporate clients.

This position is ideal for an organized professional who thrives on research, structured problem‑solving, and working in a fast‑moving environment where every project brings a unique set of challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Receive specialized project briefs from the Senior Account Manager and translate them into actionable sourcing requirements.

Conduct structured market research to identify and evaluate suitable accommodation options that align with client criteria.

Prepare comparative overviews detailing suitability, pricing, availability, and critical project considerations.

Handle contracts, drive pricing negotiations, and maintain professional communication with various accommodation providers.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files, contracts, and project documentation.

Ensure all client specifications (location, budget, capacity, facilities, and timelines) are met to the highest standard.

Monitor ongoing project milestones, identify potential delivery risks, and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.

Languages: Fluent in English (command of additional European languages is considered a strong plus).

Location: Able to work from our Amsterdam office.
