The Entry Analyst operations design and implements effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, while analyzing the effectiveness of training initiatives and making data driven recommendations for improvement.
Responsibilities:
Training and Development
Identify training needs and gaps within the organization
Develop and implement training programs and materials
Evaluate and improve training effectiveness
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content
Conduct training sessions for employees
Monitor and track employee progress and performance
Provide feedback and coaching to employees
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development
Learning Technology
Evaluate and implement learning technology tools and platforms
Train employees on how to use learning technology tools
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to employees
Stay updated on new learning technology trends and make recommendations for implementation
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness, performance management, and talent management
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics and trends
Use data to identify areas for improvement and make data driven recommendations to leadership
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers and employees
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and goals
Communicate and promote learning and development initiatives to stakeholders
Solicit feedback and make adjustments to programs based on stakeholder input
Compliance
Ensure all training and development programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Stay updated on compliance regulations and make necessary changes to programs
Maintain accurate records and documentation of training and development activities for compliance purposes.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in degree, Organizational Development, or a related field with at least 2 years' experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
Experience in human resources, specifically in training and development.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels within the organization.
