Job Summary

Job Description : UI/UX Designer We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application design, combining hands-on expertise in modern prototyping tools with a deep understanding of core graphic design principles to deliver high-quality, user-centered digital experiences.

Tech Stack

Design & Prototyping: Figma (Advanced Wireframing & Prototyping) Core Design Skills: UI/UX Design (Web & Mobile), Typography, Color Theory, Design Hierarchy, Branding, Visual Storytelling, Basic UI Animation Web Technologies: HTML & CSS, Google Sites (for internal/client portals) AI & Productivity: Gemini AI, Google Vids, Google Slides Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from initial wireframing to high-fidelity interactive prototyping using Figma.Apply core graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to craft intuitive, on-brand, and visually engaging user interfaces.Translate complex product requirements into user-centric designs, utilizing strong branding and visual storytelling techniques.Leverage tools like Gemini AI to streamline workflows, ideate, and enhance the overall design process.Create, design, and manage content structures using Google Sites, applying HTML & CSS knowledge to ensure proper implementation and visual consistency.Design compelling presentations and video assets to communicate design concepts to stakeholders using Google Slides and Google Vids.Incorporate basic animations into UI designs to improve user interaction and experience.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.

Requirements and Skills of experience working as a UI/UX Designer or Graphic Designer .Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in app design, specifically showcasing Figma wireframes and prototypes.Deep understanding of core graphic design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.Knowledge of HTML & CSS to effectively bridge the gap between design and front-end development.Experience utilizing AI tools (like Gemini AI) and modern productivity software (Google Vids, Google Slides) for design and presentation purposes.Prior exposure to building and customizing pages via Google Sites.Familiarity with basic UI animation techniques and how they enhance the user experience.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and visual storytelling to stakeholders.
