Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and adaptable E-Commerce Growth Manager with strong experience in D2C brand growth, retention marketing, Shopify website management, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate should have a hands-on approach, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. The role will work closely with performance marketing agencies to support growth and improve sales outcomes.app.trinethire+1

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support growth across the D2C channel with a focus on revenue, conversion, and repeat sales.

Coordinate with performance marketing agencies to align growth goals, review campaign outcomes, and drive better sales performance.

Plan and execute retention marketing activities through email, WhatsApp, and customer re-engagement campaigns.

Manage the Shopify website, including product uploads, banners, promotions, landing pages, and analytics.

Track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, repeat orders, customer retention, and overall sales performance.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports using Excel or Google Sheets, with proficient Excel reporting and analysis.

Work closely with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.

Support product and campaign planning to improve customer engagement and business growth.stateandliberty+2

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, D2C, or related roles.

Strong experience in retention marketing.

Experience working with Shopify and managing a D2C website.

Exposure to D2C brand operations and growth management.

Strong coordination skills with external performance marketing agencies.

Good analytical skills and comfort with Excel or Google Sheets.

Proficient in Excel reporting.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Candidate should be from a Tier 1 college.foundit+2
