Lab Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support our Quality Control laboratory. The candidate will assist in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, maintain laboratory records, and ensure laboratory operations comply with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Prepare samples for physical and chemical analysis.

Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation accurately.

Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), SOPs, and safety guidelines.

Support the Quality Control and R&D teams in product development and quality evaluation.

Monitor laboratory chemicals, glassware, and consumables, and report inventory requirements.

Assist in stability studies, product sampling, and documentation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory at all times.

Do titration tests

Perform any other laboratory-related duties assigned by the Laboratory Manager or QC Head.

Qualification

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience 0- 2 Yr

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.

Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
