What You Bring

Bachelors or Masters degree from Tier 1 premier institute - IIT, BITS Pilani, IIM, ISB preferred.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of B2C product management and growth experience, with measurable impact on Revenue, CRO LTV and Retention

First-principles thinker: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems from the ground up rather than relying on existing playbooks.

Web acquisition & SEO: Product knowledge of SEO and organic acquisition levers (technical SEO, content strategy, site performance)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex, funnel-level datasets.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points

Past founding or entrepreneurial experience.

Hands-on experience with SEO/organic growth as a primary growth lever in a previous role.

Experience managing products across Web platforms.

Past experience building and growing e-commerce products.
