Whether you're an experienced Australian Energy Sales Executive or someone with excellent communication skills looking to build a rewarding international sales career, we provide the platform, training, and support to help you succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Make outbound calls to residential and business customers in Australia.
Understand customer energy usage and recommend suitable electricity and gas plans.
Explain product benefits, pricing, and available offers.
Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Lead/Sales targets.
Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Quality Analysts to improve performance continuously.

Who We're Looking For
Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Australian Energy Sales experience.
Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Comfortable working Morning Shifts.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn performance incentives.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
