Java Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities Fullstack Application Development

∙Design and build scalable fullstack applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and modern software engineering best practices.

∙Develop reusable components, modular services, and clean APIs that support business functionality and long-term maintainability.

∙Translate requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Backend Engineering And Microservices

∙Architect and implement robust backend services using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices-based patterns.

∙Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient code structure, exception handling, and service design.

∙Integrate third-party services, internal modules, and data flows to ensure seamless end-to-end application functionality.

Frontend Development With Reactjs

∙Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS, ensuring consistent UI behavior across key business workflows.

∙Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver intuitive front-end experiences aligned with product goals.

∙Maintain high code quality through component reusability, state management discipline, and adherence to frontend standards.

Production Support And Issue Resolution

∙Provide L2/L3 support for application incidents, production issues, and critical bug fixes in a timely and structured manner.

∙Investigate and resolve defects by analyzing logs, reproducing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing durable fixes.

∙Partner with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, reduce recurrence, and improve operational stability. Collaboration And Delivery

∙Work in an agile environment with product owners, QA, architects, and developers to deliver quality releases on schedule.

∙Participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.

∙Document technical decisions, development changes, and support resolutions to strengthen team knowledge sharing.

Key Skills & Qualifications: Must Have Skills ∙Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming principles ∙Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development ∙Experience in ReactJS for front-end application development ∙Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and service integration ∙Experience in L2/L3 application support and production issue resolution ∙Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code ∙Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills ∙Experience working in agile or scrum-based delivery teams

Good To Have Skills ∙Experience with enterprise application performance tuning ∙Knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization patterns ∙Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices ∙Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability tools ∙Understanding of database concepts and application data integration ∙Experience in handling high-availability or customer-facing applications

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
