Key Responsibilities
Own and prioritize requirements across the lifecycle (definition to decommissioning)
Define platform requirements for native, on-prem, and cloud deployments
Drive backlog prioritization based on value, risk, and dependencies
Provide clear direction, context, and priorities to development teams
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as the primary interface between business and engineering
Ensure regulatory compliance, quality, and safety in product requirements
Focus Areas
Healthcare domain knowledge and customer understanding
Clinical workflows and Healthcare IT (Serviceability focus)
Standards: DICOM, IHE
Medical device software systems
Regulatory basics: FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485
Agile methodology
Data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking
(Nice) Platform scalability, hybrid cloud, Kubernetes
Key Tasks
Gather, prioritize, and communicate market, stakeholder, and system requirements
Own backlog, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability
Guide teams, resolve conflicts, and enable execution clarity
Manage Agile practices for requirements and product definition
Use metrics and customer feedback to drive prioritization and releases
Support rollout activities (training, presentations, workshops)
Align feature development with platform strategy and reuse principles
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent
12–15 years experience
Skills & Background
Strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making ability
Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Experience in software development and Agile methodologies
Expertise in requirements engineering, product lifecycle management, and regulated environments
Continuous learning mindset
