What will your day entail?

As the Senior Administration Officer for Central West Local Land Services, you will provide executive support to the General Manager and Central West Local Lands Services Board, as well as delivering quality customer services to a wide range of clients and stakeholders within the region.

Your duties will include planning, reviewing and improving day to day administrative functions and helping to assure compliance with policies, particularly those related to procurement and grant management. You will also be required to administratively support service delivery across the business and provide guidance to other team members. Internal liaison to facilitate and coordinate business functions will be a large part of the role.

What you need?

Proven experience and capability to develop, implement and maintain a range of administrative services and systems.

Experience in provision of day-to-day financial operations including timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Understanding of the requirements for procurement and contracting in the public sector and the ability to provide advice on contract development and management

Effective communication skills and ability to provide timely, consistent, and effective frontline client services to our stakeholders and partners

Ability to identify improvement strategies and contribute to the development and implementation of processes, plans, and procedures

Have a current NSW Driver License and the ability and willingness to travel throughout the region.
