About the role

Schedule and Travel Coordination: Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and cross-time-zone meetings. New energy companies often have overseas operations (such as equipment exports and overseas projects), which require handling international travel.

Meetings and Documentation: Organize executive meetings, draft meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of resolutions; draft various official documents, speeches, and business correspondence.

Information Dissemination: Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and various departments, ensuring that instructions are conveyed accurately and feedback on execution is provided in a timely manner.

Policy and Market Research: Assist the CEO in collecting and analyzing information on new energy industry policies, market trends, and competitor activities, and draft in-depth research reports. The new energy industry is highly policy-driven; a keen understanding of developments in electricity pricing policies, green certificate trading, and the carbon market is essential.

Strategic Planning: Participate in the formulation of the company’s strategic plan and annual business plan, and provide advice and recommendations on investment, financing, and key business activities.

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with the CEO to track and monitor the achievement of budgeted revenue and key projects, compile operational analysis reports, and provide reliable data support for management decisions.

Key Account and Government Relations: Assist the CEO in business negotiations with key clients, host factory audits, and manage outreach to government agencies and industry associations.

Industry Resource Networking: Leverage resources and professional networks within the new energy industry to develop key clients, strategic partners, and a network of technical experts for the Group.

Maintaining the Company’s Business Image: Manage communications and meeting arrangements for important business negotiations; attend meetings and events as authorized by the CEO.

Pay: $13,568.85 – $16,589.58 per month
