Position Summary:

Assist the sales and marketing team in securing new group, catering and marketing opportunities

Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements, focusing on attention to detail

Assist with photo shoots and brand activations showcasing your inspiring brilliance

Coordinate site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion

Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience

Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

Assist the team in delivering successful and integrated marketing activities

Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

Act as an ambassador and promote awareness of the Marriott property

About You:

Relevant experience in a similar role
