What You Will Do

Manage and continuously improve the process for bringing new products to market, ensuring speed, operational readiness and strong commercial outcomes.

Lead and develop a team of Product Specialists, aligning demand insights with operational execution.

Prioritize projects and manage product introductions on the site.

Act as a subject matter expert for local print industry trends and technology innovations.

Develop and manage partnerships with local third-party fulfillers to support product implementation and growth strategies.

Monitor and improve the performance of internal and external fulfillers.

Define technology requirements and collaborate with Technology partners to develop solutions.

Advocate for customer needs and drive the delivery of site features to ensure a jaw-dropping customer experience!

Your Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product operations and fulfillment.

Proficient with Excel and strong analytical skills.

Experience working in the print industry.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer focused with proven collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

Certifications in project management or related fields.

Familiarity with AI toolsets and system integration.

Experience in capex planning and 3PF negotiations.
