skilled and professional Cosmetic Medical Assistant to join our busy practice. If you’re

Position Details
This is a part-time or full-time position with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
Monday through Friday with a minimum of 3 days a week. The hourly rate is $32 - $34
plus a commission based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies for cosmetic procedures.
Assist during consultations, cosmetic injections, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
Discuss recommended treatment plans, procedures and pricing options with patients.
Room patients, obtain medical history, document treatment details, and maintain accurate records.
Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions, education, and follow-up support to patients.
Ensure proper sterilization, infection control, and adherence to safety protocols.
Take and organize patient photos and assist with treatment charting as appropriate.
Support inventory tracking for injectable products, skincare items, and clinical supplies.
Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming, professional patient experience.
Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training/experience preferred.
Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a medspa setting strongly preferred.
Knowledge of cosmetic injections, laser platforms, and cosmetic treatments.
Understanding of patient preparation, procedure support, aftercare, and safety standards.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Professional demeanor with a strong focus on discretion, patient comfort, and service excellence.
Familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling systems is a plus.
